Can you guys paint guys/males?

We can only paint teenagers or children for males. If you are unsure whether or not we can paint a certain picture, you can send us some sample pictures of the person, our team will review it and give you a response within 24 hours.

Can you guys paint older/elderly people?

No. Our artists specializes on creating 'cute' style, semi-realistic paintings and are currently incapable of painting old/elderly people.

How long will the paintings take to create?

Our team will usually take about 3-5 days per artwork to ensure quality (This depends on the current amount of workload our team is currently handling, it can be as early as 1 day if there is no queue). In any case, we will always give you an ETA before we accept your payment. You can message us for *RUSH* works, we will charge an extra fee if you want the artwork to be finished sooner.

Are refunds available?

All payments are final. No refunds allowed unless our team fails to create the artwork. So please think carefully whether you want to avail our services.

What if I'm not satisfied with the artwork?

We ensure that all our artworks are of the same quality as our previous artworks. Please check our previous works before purchasing our service so you have an idea of the quality that we deliver. We accept MINOR revisions for an extra fee of 3-10$ depending on the complexity if there's something about the artwork you are not satisfied with.

How does payment work?

We require a 50% down-payment before we start to create your painting. The other 50% will be paid after the painting is finished. We will give a watermarked version before we receive the full payment.

We currently only accept payments through PAYPAL or GCASH (Philippines).

Can you guys paint 2 or more people in 1 picture?

It depends on the poses, if the poses are simple, then we can do it. Additionally, you can also send separate photos of the people and we can paint them all into 1 picture. If you are unsure, please contact us through our social media accounts. We are on Facebook and Instagram.

Why are your prices so AFFORDABLE?

 Our team is based in the Philippines, our pay rate is based on the low salaries here in the Philippines. But we ensure high quality paintings despite our prices being affordable. If you want to support us or give a tip for our services, we accept donations through PAYPAL :)

What times are you open/What times do you reply to messages?

Our team is based in the Philippines, our current opening times are 7:00 pm US TIME - 11:00 am US TIME. We will ALWAYS reply to your messages during this time frame. We will work on hiring a customer service representative in order for us to reply to your messages 24/7 if our business grows in the future.

What size will the canvas of the painting be?

All our portrait paintings will be 8.27 x 11.69 (Standard A4 size), 300 DPI, PNG.

Can I print the painting?

Yes, of course. We encourage all our clients to create prints for the paintings and frame them to hang  in a wall or place on a table.

Are your paintings made by hand?

Yes. All our paintings are created by our team of professional artists from the Philippines and not through cheap, automated apps.
